General membership meeting, speaker Gayle Towne Murphy, Esq., Pro Bono Coordinator at ECBA Volunteer Lawyers Project


As Pro Bono Coordinator, Gayle encourages WNY attorneys to volunteer their time and talents to assist VLP clients who desperately need their help.  She works with law firms, private attorneys, and bar associations to spread the word about the value of pro bono legal services.  She collaborates with the SUNY Buffalo Law School to recruit and train law student volunteers at VLP.
